Oreana Property Group engaged Ground Control in mid 2023 to design, document and manage the construction of landscape works to a two stage infill residential development in Mount Duneed, Victoria.  The detail design for both stages will be informed by a Landscape Masterplan, endorsed by the City of Greater Geelong, prepared by Ground Control for this same development (under direction from the previous project manager for this development).

As at the start of 2024, the preliminary design for both stages was completed.
