Established in Melbourne by Chuck Wark in July 1994, Chuck and the Ground Control team continue to deliver high quality personalised Landscape Architecture and Urban Design services to our clients.  Now operating from our new office premises in Mansfield, Victoria, we continue to service clients and projects in metropolitan Melbourne and throughout regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Ground Control’s 40 years expertise and experience in landscape planning and design has its origins in the planning of new communities in the mid 1980’s through to many current residential and commercial projects for established national development companies, government authorities & instrumentalities and smaller boutique developer and private clients.

Since establishing our office in Melbourne 30 years ago, we have become known in the industry for quality design, service and delivery, with particular strengths in realistic cost forecasting and careful budget control.

Chuck has been the director and driving force behind all Ground Control projects and many previous projects over the last 40 years.  We are not a large, unwieldy  organisation — we are a small practice that can and does provide personalised service to all our clients.  Chuck as director of Ground Control will be every client’s point of contact, responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of every Ground Control project.

Chuck has been a fully Registered Landscape Architect with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects since 1985.
