Tatura is a small but growing township in the Goulburn Valley, approx. 20 kilometres west of the regional city of Shepparton.  Tatura Waters is a broad-acre residential development providing in excess 220 lots, each over 2,000 square metres. This new development includes a central parkland area with major stormwater management, incorporating permanent water storage, wetlands and raw water supply for irrigation of open space areas and private gardens.

Ground Control was engaged in 2019 by Melki Farm Pty Ltd to prepare a Landscape Masterplan and provide detailed landscape stage plans for the development.

As at the start of 2024, the first two stages were complete, with Stage 3 approved and under construction.  Detailed design of the central open space was in progress, including a picnic/park shelter, playspace, kickabout area, park seating, planting areas, shade trees and a half basketball court.  This reserve is programmed for construction in 2024.
