Ground Control worked collaboratively with Sa’Vey Arabians to masterplan a 12 acre ‘blank canvas’ of a property into a workable, efficient and sustainable Arabian Horse breeding property.  The property is in Mansfield on deep alluvial soil, bounded on the north-western edge by Ford’s Creek, with views to Mt Buller and Mt Stirling and 5 minutes from the Mansfield town centre.

To convert the essentially unimproved property, tasks included a full survey and baseplan preparation; site drainage assessment, house design, location & orientation; fence/gate/race layout incl. positioning of foaling stables, round yard, tack area, etc.; tree planting masterplan incl. irrigation via in-line drip systems supplied from twin Aqua Nova waste water treatment plants; pasture weed management; amenity landscape incl. kitchen garden and orchard.
